EARL RUDDER Vice-President of the A M College Earl Rudder of the class of ’32 became the first man to hold the position of Vice-President in charge of the A M College. Mr. Rudder began his term on the first of February, 1958, here on the college’s campus. He resigned his position as Commissioner of the General Land Office of Texas in order to take his post here, and is also holding the rank of Major General and commanding the 90th Infantry Division Reserve. The opening of the new Dairy Husbandry a n d Biochemistry Building is a typical example of the progressive agriculture school.
