McQUILLEN, who, as executive secre ary of the Former Students Association, initiated the Development Fund program for the betterment of A M College. The Development Fund, spon¬ sor of the Opportunity Av ards program, is one of the most forward-looking steps ever taken i f by A M former students. — ■w JOSEF STADELMANN, for bringing a broader outlook to students with whom he has come in contact, and more specifically for instituting the teaching of Russian at A M. K. E. ELMQUIST, who took the lead in resionng intercollegiate debate as an activity at A M and coached the varsity debate squad. :
