THE REGISTRAR’S OFFICE Ably fulfilling its primary respom sibility of keeping records on all past and present students of the college, the registrar’s office compiles and dis- seminates daily information to stu dents, prospective students, prospect¬ ive employers, and outside agencies. H. L. Heaton is directing this work as Acting Registrar in the absence of Lt. Colonel E. J. Howell, who was called to active military service in 1941. Assisting him is a capable staff of regular employees and a group of student assistants. THE FISCAL OFFICE This office handles the financial ac¬ tivities of the college. It is conducted under the guidance of Mr. W. H. Hoffimann and his assistants. It pro¬ vides a place for students to deposit funds. Another of the functions of this office is purchasing supplies for various departments. Besides these regular duties, this department has established and now supervises the fiscal departments of the three branch colleges.
