Something like a year ago the Publication Society was organized for the purpose of bringing the members of the different editorial staffs closer together and promoting good fellowship. This year the society has been reorganized and several meetings held. Regu¬ lar dues are paid and from these the expenses of the social meetings are defrayed. Mr. Beesley, the first President of the society, at a meeting last year suggested the plan of securing an office for the publications. This plan has been followed up and in one of (he centrally located buildings a room has been reserved with an office desk, chairs, tables and a telephone for the use of the Editors of the two periodicals. Here they can come and confer with their editors in quiet with no fear of intruders. No doubt other improvements will be made each year.
