BIG THREE In our Senior year there were three major activities, un- forgettable because of the hours of preparation and the pleasure of achievement. Each year the Senior class conducts a Magazine Campaign to raise funds to help pay for the yearbook. This year was no exception. The Seniors were divided into two teams. In the two weeks of the competitive campaign, hard work was done by both students and Mr. Buell, who so graciously gave his time and effort. In conclusion, the losing Black team was host at the Magazine Campaign Dance. The en- tertainment and dancing were enjoyed by all after com- pleting a tremendous task. On the nights of February 19 and 20, the Seniors presented their dramatic production, A Date with Judy. Set in the living room of the Foster home, the action captivated the audience from curtain rise to curtain call. The three-act comedy was a rewarding endeavor to both the class and the director. Climaxing our social events was the Senior Ball, the Mardi Gras, on May 29. Amid festive and artistic decorations we danced the evening away. The Coronation of the King and Queen was performed with dignity. From their gaily deco- rated thrones, the royal couple reigned over the ball.
