.L 'SW BASEBALL The baseball team of T954 brought to Terryville another trophy to add to the collection already filling the glass cabinet in the hallway. Winning the Northern Division crown, Terryville played Abbott Tech- nical School, winner of the Southern Division tor the Housatonic Valley League Championship. Terryville emerged the victor by a score of 3 to 1. This was the second straight year that Terryville walked away with the crown. This feat was made possible only because fifteen boys devoted their time and experience toward achieving this goal. The team wound up the season with a record of ll wins and 1 loss. The loss occurred in the game against Thomaston by a score of 4 to T Standout performers of the l954 season were Richie Borkowski who won 'IO games and Hank Suchinslu his battery mate who batted 371 Although we lost five seniors via graduation T954 the team of 1955 will be a threat to all opposition Kas we go to pressj for they have both experience and the will to win fa- I- .J
