Virginia is truly an outdoor girl, her main interest being horseback riding, which she does expertly. A dead shot on the basketball floor, Virginia is secretary-treas- urer for G. A. A. She is another on our list of Navy admirers. Her serene disposition and winning smile will be remembered long after she has left us. P., a dependable person with a pleasant personality. ls it any wonder she's well liked by all her classmates? Dot is not only loyal to T. P. but patriotic, proof of which is shown by her up-keep of the morale of the armed forces by regular writing. She has added spice to many school clubs by her activities. Following the example of many of our students, Dot intends to serve her country by entering the Cadet Nurse Corps. A. 2, English Club 4. Blue eyes, blonde hair, and always out at noon is a quick description of Marge Buschmeier. You can usually find her chasing down the hall iust before the tardy bell hoping to be in time for English class. A sunny smile and a cheery hello for everyone are two very good reasons for her popularity. Another is her unusual flair for danc- ing. lShe is one of the few who can really cut a rug. l ln Marge's iunior year, she was secretary of the Home Ec. Peg, a witty little ditty, quick on the trigger, never caught off guard, and always ready with a snappy comeback, came to us her senior year from Mentor High near Cleveland. Peg is not only clever and cute but is one of our brainy students, an ace at physics. She was advertising manager of the Bulldog. Capable physically as well as mentally, Peg was star guard on the girls' basketball team. She has many admirers, including a life-time friend in the service overseas. 'Ge wifi? Omitting the faculty, Frank gets along with everyone. His favorite pastime other than conversing with the opposite sex is reading. With that natural gift for writing and getting things done she has made us all sit up and notice those newsy Bulldogs, She is very much interested in entering the service ofthe Allied Military Government in Europe. Her ease in drawing pretty girls is known far and wide. Not only has she the ability to dream up original sketches but she also has a knack for composing iingles. Helen has also made herself indispensible in the commercial department. That is the S64 question and the answer is Jan with her variegated top-knot. Taking care of senior concessions and dancing are two of Jan's favorite hobbies and how she does love to talk! As president of the '45 class in their iunior year, Jan showed us a successful and exciting time. Janet loves to write, and she has quite a bit of talent. 24
