She is sweet in every sense of the word. Whenever someone asks for volunteers to help on a committee, Carol is always the first to offer her services. As president of the Girl Reserves, she has shown her efficiency. This poem might well describe her: With laughing eyes and sunny hair, Without a sorrow or a care. Edith lor is it Lataine?l keeps us all guessing with her many aliases. Unlike most seniors, she manages to keep out of hot water and she is never found guilty of any of the senior pranks. A. 2, English Club 4. Blue eyes, blonde hair, and always out at noon is a quick description of Marge Buschmeier. You can usually find her chasing down the hall iust before the tardy bell hoping to be in time for English class. A sunny smile and a cheery hello for everyone are two very good reasons for her popularity. Another is her unusual flair for danc- ing. lShe is one of the few who can really cut a rug. l ln Marge's iunior year, she was secretary of the Home Ec. Club and treasurer her fourth year because of her aptitude for figures. MARGARET ANN COLLIER G. A. A. 4, Girl Reserves 4, Bulldog Staff 4, Annual Staff 4, Spanish Club 4, Library Staff 4, English Club 4, Quill and Scroll 4, Senior Scholarship. Peg, a witty little ditty, quick on the trigger, never caught off guard, and always ready with a snappy comeback, came to us her senior year from Mentor High near Cleveland. Peg is not only clever and cute but is one of our brainy students, an ace at physics. She was advertising manager of the Bulldog. Capable physically as well as mentally, Peg was star guard on the girls' basketball team. She has many admirers, including a life-time friend in the service overseas. 'Ge wifi? FRANK KEYES CONE Basketball l, 2, 3, 4, Football 3, 4, Track l, 3, 4, Quill and Scroll 3, 4, Annual Staff l, 2, 3, 4, Bulldog Staff 3, 4, Hi-Y 3, 4, Secretary 4, Latin Club l, 2, Class Presi- dent l, Dido and Aeneas l, Student Activity Board 4, Defense Stamps 3, Assembly Board l, English Club 4, Senior Scholarship. Good humor, plus! That's Frank. Whenever there's something going on, you can bet your last dollar that Frank has something to do with it, or so say the teachers. Omitting the faculty, Frank gets along with everyone. His favorite pastime other than conversing with the opposite sex is reading. If it's true what they say about laughing's adding to one's life, Frank will live to a ripe old age. 22 2
