Films were useo depicting lite dress and customs of the French- speaking inhabitants ot Montreal and Ouebec provinces and the Gaspe region in Canada. The Noel meeting brought a study of holiday customs and Noel arols. At the last meeting New Orleans with its Mardi Gras and French quarter and th cities cf Fren h origin in the Mississippi Valley were studied. Le Francais a la Page a newspaper published in Toronto, Canada has contributed modern current French expressions as well as news. The club as a group saw the French-made movies Les Perles de la Couronne and La Kermesse Heroique. At the Fiesta-Fete le Cercle Francais presented La Ouete Fatale.
