E TERTAI FRESH i-, . Q.Qi,gf ,,4.V , in Twelve days of school was one of the skits at the Big Sister Tea on September 26 at 3:30 in the cafeteria. Other skits were Hard Knock Life , Franks Restaurant , Plant Life , S'The Spider , and Lucy Lubner,'. Mr. Dan Morrison, director of activities, presented a slide show on seniors and freshman alike, to end the Tea. Each year the Tea is presented to the freshmen by the seniors to bring the freshmen to know this school and the people in it better. In between skits, freshman and seniors had a chance to talk. p TERACT GETS I VOLVED Sponsering the blood drive, building a rooster board for the basketball team, and helping in the Walkathon were just a few ofthe many activities the Interact club was involved in. Interact is a club which is involved in commu- nity services such as the blood drive and Christmas caroling at convelesant hospitals. Interact does a lot to help the school and the community, and a lot of hard work is put in to the clubw, said Alfred Hernandez, a member of the club. Tanya Anderson was the president of the club, and she led them through a very successful year. Their advisor was Mr. Jack Kendall, who expressed his view. Interact is made up of a group of hard-working students who are, for the most part, Seniors. I would like to see more underclassmen involved in the club. Interact does a lot for the school and the community, and I'd hate to see it disolve . 1. Mr. Kendall helps Jim Boyd with some information. 2. Tanya Anderson prepares to call a meeting to order. 3.
