E CELLE performance by the Seniors girls pulled off an exciting show of athletic skill in the annual powder puff game. Seniors were led by both quarterbacks Patricia Hurtado and Bar- bara Bower. The winning touchdown was made by Barbara Bower, while the offensive line did a good job blocking. Patricia Hurtado ran in a 2 point conversion to make the winning score 8-0. Sophomore Larry Wood and Senior Steve Dimas coached the seniors to a victory. 6'This years Senior Powder Puff team was good, commented Larry Wood, 'gln my eyes there wasnlt a most valuable player the whole team played great! Coaching the Juniors were Anthony Uchytil and Ray Magallanes. Both coaches commented, We had plenty of talent, but we just couldn't get that talent to work together. Even though they didn't score thejuniors played a good game while being led by quarterback Michelle Yin. Both receivers Marioly Fiandor and Millie Rodriquez put forth great effort to bring their team close to a touchdown.
