This includes news coverage ot school events, clubs, and activities. lt gives the students ex- perience in the tield of newspaper writing to the extent of the news story. Their articles are submitted each Friday to three Hayward area newspapers, The Oakland Tribune, The Daily Review, and The Morning News. This type ot training enables students to go into ad- vanced iournalism and prepare tor a vocation in the iour- nalism field.
