FIGURE IN CAMPUS HARMONY “Be steady, young man! This world has no room for quitters.” Thus another struggling student, seeing in Dr. Roberson the quality which has made him a leader, determines to try again. | It was because of persistency, determination, and much prayer | that Dr. Roberson was led to establish Tennessee Temple Schools in 1946. However, it is patience, understanding, and wisdom on his part which keeps faculty, administration, and student body harmoniously working together. Through his example he inspires us all to fulfill our personal responsibilities and desires that his life, as ours, be dictated by the Bible, God’s inspired Word and our revered Guide.

i - — = Steve, Bobby, Randy, Paul, Peter, Dr. and Mrs. Faulkner. A FIRM HOLD ON CAMPUS POLICY. Our Vice-President, J. R. Faulkner is the personifica- tion of ingenuity and ambition. One would think he must have an enormous filing system to contain the wealth of ideas which seems always so close at hand whenever they are needed. Surprisingly enough each challenge is met with a refreshingly original idea straight from his well-disciplined mind. Each task is completed smoothly and efficiently, seemingly without any effort; however, we can only imagine the long hours spent in each particular job. Never so busy that he does not show interest in each individual, his ever-winning smile and hearty “hello” always lifts our spirits. From our “Fireside Chats” on Sunday evenings we have gained so much, that we have had to build a special compartment within our hearts to store the blessings.
