Funds were avail- able in 1921. 1920-Quintin Miller Smith became president. 1921-A dormitory for Women was constructed. -Administration Building enlarged by addition of auditorium and two classroom wings. -Daniel Hall constructed. -Some third-year college Work offered. -State Board of Education authorized a four-year college program to begin in 1928-29. -The General Assembly appropriated 5lB150,000 for the construction of buildings. -The last high school class graduated. -The first B.S.
