Brief Outline of Courses of Study l. JUNIOR DEPARTMENT fGrades seven and eighty Work offered below High School is limited to grades seven and eight. Subjects taught correspond to public school for same grades with greater emphasis on English and Arithmetic. II. HIGH SCHOOL DEPARTMENT CGrades nine to twelvej In this department, more subjects are offered in each grade than are re- quired. The normal student load is four classes. In some cases a pupil is allowed to carry five courses. These may be selected from more than one grade if it is clear that it is to the pupil's interest that this be done.
