The unusual progress and achievement which it has en- joyed are the result of his lofty ideals and years of incessant hard work. His noble con- ception of yesterday has become the actuality of today. No TEAIPLA-XR would be complete if it did not pay tribute to this illustrious man Who made possible a great seat of learning Where Youth might Ht itself for the great task of Life. Doctor Conwell,s vision of the future is now a tangible reality and the effectsof his dreams are a matter of educational history. He bequeathed opportunity of illimitable pos- sibilities and from the glorious fulhlling of this heritage there have issued the rare attainments that are Templels. Though comparatively young, the Univer- sity ranks with the great schools of the coun- try. Enscribed upon its annals is a glorious record of accomplishment.
