Clinician OF THE YEAR I I £1 TEMPLE ■Eia UNIVERSITY School o( RodMitc HMlIcIn Otpl.•) PodMt'tc MmUcJm I 7tS-4»'5Jtt f JB-41J-O506 ug n sm S» ntnftteatf y iito» hi em wi Ph 0« u PA RH07-74W February 25. 2019 Dear Class of 2019, I want to thank you all for extending me the honor of Teacher of the Year Twelve years ago I went into academics not pfenning on staying long but quickly realized that I had found my passion in life with teaching I learned from my mentor. Dr. Harkless that the rewards in teaching do not necessarily equate to riches in one’s bank account but rather in the lives we shape and in the career development that we contribute over the years I can attest to that given my unpaid student debt But to this day. I still keep in contact with many students I have watched them go from 2nd 3rd year students, to graduation and move on to residency or onto private practice, and eventually to start families. Through this I have finally come full drcie in my understandng and appreciation of Dr. Hakless' wisdom. I wish you all good luck in your future endeavors and God speed in the many lives you will come to help, touch and shape in the future Thank you again for everything Khurram Khan, DPM 5
