You have worked hard and sacrificed greatly over the past few years of your life, but now enjoy the accomplishment you have achieved. While the biggest hurdle is over, the Journey is just beginning. The next 3-4 years of your life will be tough, but you have made it this far and can undoubtedly make it through residency with great success.
