I would like to thank my wife and tell her how much I love her and appreciate all that she has done and sacrificed for our family over the past four years. It's been quite an adventure and I’m so thankful that we were able to go through it together. I love how you made me continually see the big picture of life and to have had such memorable experiences. You are a wonderful mother and a tremendous wife. It’s been such a great experience to sec how close our family has become and how much we rely on each other. I could not have done this without you. Next. I’d like to thank Sidney, my studying partner. It’s hard to imagine that you were only three months old when we began this part of our lives. You’ve been a great tension breaker for me. You always make me smile and I am looking forward to seeing what great accomplishments you will make with your life. Then there arc the partners in crime. Carter and Colby, you have definitely broken the mold You were born with fire and passion and that has been the case ever since It has been such a great joy to sec what you can do. and you continually ama .c me at what you accomplish every day. You have such devotion and persistence that you can accomplish whatever goals you set. I also want to thank our extended families. You made the road a little less bumpy and your continued praise and encouragement meant more to us then you know. To learn means to accept the postulate that life did not begin at my birth. Others have been here before me. and I walk in their footsteps. The books I have read were composed by generations of fathers and sons, mothers and daughters, teachers and disciples. I am the sum total of their experiences, their quests. And so are you. Elie Wiesel Heavenly Father: Thank you for the mercy you have shown and for the blessing of salvation through your son Jesus Christ, that I may spend eternity in your presence. Thank you for all that you teach me. When I started school here at Temple a professor told you and 1 that my degree would be earned as much by you as it was by me. How true! You worked very hard to ensure that my learning environment was the best it could be. You have sacrificed a great deal in support of my dream. By your example. I will strive to do the same for you.
