SAM JOSEPH CAPONE. JR. RD 2 Box 300. Avoca, Pa. This big-hearted gentleman is always eager to please. His Big Cadillac made a well-appreciated bus to Mass each chilly Sunday morning. He thrives on Italian food hut dislikes Chinese food because it isn't filling enough. Sammy is thoughtful and also very extravagant —docs things in a big way. He claims to hate studying and being kept waiting but is usually patiently calm through it all. Sports he enjoys include football, baseball, and bowling. We all wish Sam success in direct proportion to his size. Activities: Kappa Psi, Newman Club, APhA, PPA. MARIA CIFFAREI.LI 1618 S. 18th St., Philadelphia, Pa. Always a vision in pink —hats, coats, gloves, shoes, suits as well as dresses. Maria is sorority president. an active participant in all school functions, and is always around when there is work to he done. Annoyed hv teachers who are late for class but then show up. she is always ready with a smile and some good advice. She is a favorite with the professors. The CifFarclIi home is famed for superb Italian style spaghetti dinners. Maria’s unselfish devotion and untiring efforts on behalf of the class will certainly be remembered by us all. SHARSWOOD COLE 30 Prospect St., East Stroudsburg, Pa. Known only by his nickname, “Bud” claims to enjoy being lazy, but his scholastic grades disprove this. He dislikes big city life; weekends spent in Philly are few and far between. His brother’s-in-law pharmacy is what attracts “Bud” away from the city. His dry wit and grooved golf swing may indicate what the future has in store for him. Activities: Kappa Psi, APhA, PPA. CHRISTINE DOLAN 1501 Edgemont St., Philadelphia. Pa. Have a health problem? Ask our R.N. about it. This perpetual student loves to help people —no problem is too large or small. Noted for sleeping late, drinking coffee, and smoking cigarettes. Avid, competent worker for APhA, Lambda Kappa Sigma, school, and at the hospital every weekend. Investigating a career in hospital pharmacy, in which we know her knowledge and skills will lead to success. Chris won the Theodore Goldblum Award for three years.
