I would not have made it through the past four years without vour support. 'Hunks for putting up with me when I was tired, pissed off and generally miserable to be around (exam times, boards- just to name a few). I want to thank my family tor being there whenever you were needed, whether it was a home-cooked meal, some words of encouragement or even a little financial help. Thanks to all my classmates. I may not have taken the time to get to know you as well as 1 would have liked, hut I have benefited from my experiences with all of you. Thanks to all of the row instructors for helping me improve as a dentist. Thanks specifically to Drs. Hollingsworth, Lippincott and Whitaker for your letters of recommendation. The last four years have gone incredibly fast but will leave an everlasting impression on my life as a professional, and for that 1 am truly grateful.
