Dr. Cotmore graduated from Harvard School of Dental Medicine in 1966. He became an Operative Dentistry instructor here at Temple in 1988. and recently retired in 1999. He lives with his wife. Anne, who is a reading supervisor for public schools in their area. Dr. James Johnson graduated form Marquette University School of Dentistry in 1959. He began teaching in the Prosthodontics department here at Temple in 1981. He has two children. Jill and Jeff. Remarks to the Class of 2(X)0: “May all your margins be closed. Dr. Paul Waicus graduated from Temple Dental in 1966. He became a faculty member in August of the same year and has been a fixture at Temple ever since. Dr. Waicus lives with his w ifc. Carol who is a teacher of English as a Second Language. They have tw'o children. Kelly and P.J. Remarks to the Class of 2000: Best to all. .V Dr. Lionel Yearwood graduated from the New York University College of Dentistry in 1962. He began teaching at Temple in 1988 and became director of the Operative Dentistry Department in 1993. He lives with his wife and has three children. Remarks to the Class of 2000: The greatest analgesic, soporific, stimulant, tranquilizer. narcotic and to some extent even antibiotic - in short, the closest thing to a genuine panacea known to medical science is GOOD DENTISTRY. Dr. Marchesani graduated from the Univcrstiy of Maryland at Baltimore School of Dentistry in 1964. He has been teaching in the pediatric department at Temple Dental since 1974. He lives with his wife Helen and has four children. To the Class of2000: Take what you are. continue to strive for what yon want to he and develop the ultimate: self-acceptance. Each year the graduates of Temple Dental are better prepared and equipped to accept the challenges that face them, and the future of dentistry has never looked brighter.
