THE TEMPODIAN As editor of the Tempodian of the graduating class of June 55 it is my pleasure to thank the staff and every other person who helped make this publication the success it is. My personal gratitude for the assistance I received from my co-editor is the least I can say for her untiring efforts. It thrills me to look back and see what the efforts of this group as a body have reaped. Another word of thanks for being able to work with and for my classmates before we go our individual ways. In this parting my every wish for your success in your future endeavors. Leon Szymanowicz Art editors Earl Cherniak and S. Delineations. Co-editors Leon Szymanowicz and Joan Ochreiter. 6 Business managers Fred Bernstein and Clifton Hamilton. Historian Charles Hollenbach. Photographers Louis Shultz, Martin Fleishman and Vincent Barra.

STANLEY A. BELOFF Philadelphia, Pennsylvania Temple University Phi Alpha Pi. Scribe 3, President 4: Honorary Bacteriology Society; Honorary Chiropodial Surgical Society; Honorary Anatomical Society; Charter Member of Circle K Club: Military Association of Chiropodists; Class President 1, 2, 3, 4; Student Council President 4. STAN1.FA A. BELOFF PRESIDENTS MESSACE It is difficult after four years to express ones humble appreciation for being given the opportunity to serve as President of this class. These have been fruitful years, with situations and associations binding us together as a unit which shall not cease to exist after graduation. As our class relationship draws to a close, may we continue to strive with the same enthusiasm for the benefit of chiropody and Temple University. Our current hopes are for the rapid and successful culmination of the Building Fund Drive. Our future hopes are for cooperation in a common goal, the progressive advancement of chiropody. “That wise man knows nothing, who cannot profit himself by his wisdom, for wisdom is not only to be acquired, but to be utilized.” Cicero With these final words, good luck to my classmates, remembering that good luck is merely the crossroad where education and opportunity meet. Stanley A. Beloff President, Class 1955
