These remarks and many more were chiming through the halls as everyone was getting settled for a new semester at T.M.T.S. Tuesday-A hearty welcome from the faculty to the students. Wednesday-Our president stood before us and ex- nounded the truths of II Timothy 2:15. Thtisday-One of those famous long chapelsf' Mr. Clark laid down the law but really it wasn't so bad. Friday-All our missionaries were seated on the nlat- form for our chapel. We bade Ed and Henrietta Wickert and the Toiracs good-bye and God'q blessing as they go to the places where God has called them. Sunday-Beginning of the Youth Conference with the Anclersonrx Monday-Everyone arrived with their blue jeans and calico dresses for it's Clean un day. Sunday--Frances Dowty and Toiracs leave for Haiti. Close of the Youth Conference. OCTOBER Tbhursday-First F,M.F of the year led by Grace Ham- lin. Saturday-Traditional Halloween oarty. Everyone Lherie-even the colored friends. Then a scavenger un . NOVEMBER Wednesday-aEveryone crams for mideterms. If we had only studied harder before. Friday-Corny has to leave school. Rom. 8:28. Wednesdav--Thanksgiving vacation. Turkey with Mother and Dad. Sunday-Close of Founder's Week. Dr. Lakin gave a stirring message tonight. DECEMBER , Wednesday-Everyone exuosed to the Hu hug. I open- ed the window and in-flew-enza. Thou crownest the year with thy goodness. 18, Tuesday-Christmas party in studio, Didn't Rev. Clark look charming presiding at the punch bowl? Every- one was a child once again as we heard the Christmas story from Mrs. Bowman. Thursday-Merry Christmas and Happy New Year! Do you think the bus has gone down yet? Did I hear the taxi? Tuesdav-Abe Lincoln's heart was glarldened as we sang Hapny Birthdav to him in the dining room. Saturday-Congratulations, Eleanor, for the best solo in the contest. MARCH Monday-A new quartettef' fgirlsl make their debute in chapel this morning. Monday-Wanda has conquered the mumps and is APRIL Friday-Everyone is sent home with a bad case of Spring fever. Cure--ten days at home. back again. MAY Thursday-Annual School picnic. JUNE Monday-The next few days will tell the tale. Final exams. .Timior-Senior Banouet. Friday-Last day of school. Commencement.
