Achievement Echoes of laughter and the sound of typewriters could be heard from the journalism room this year as the Journalism Department of Tell City High School had a very busy year. The classes sponsored the publication of the school newspaper, “The Marksman.” The students did all the writing, lay- out, and paste-up for the bi-weekly publication. Also the students worked many long hours during and after school to produce the “1971 Sagittarius. Editor Dave Richard and Assistant Editor Nick Schnieder work on the pastc-up for “The Marksman.” Sue Trumbo and Debbie Litherland learn how to crop pictures for the yearbook. “Sagittarius” editors Nick Schneider and Carla Collins are shown discussing the deadline schedule for the yearbook. 11
