Cabaret ‘The Greatest Show on Earth’ The 1980-81 Student Council presented the annual Cabaret on March 21, to a packed gym. Mistress and master of ceremonies, Gloria Tetreault and Bob Wiescholek, dressed to fit the theme, “Circus, entitled The Greatest Show on Earth.” The Student Council made $700 from the tickets sold and the refreshments served during intermissions. Much time and effort was put into the Cabaret by the Student Council members, and their advisor, Mrs. Vilma Carlson, to put on a successful show. (Above) The stage band is shown playing one of the many songs they performed throughout the evening. (Top Right) Terri Kempton stuns the crowd with her fine singing talents with the song, I Honestly Love You. (Bottom Right) Mickey Mouse, alias Laurie Duckett, brings out the youth in the crowd singing The Mickey Mouse Song and When You Wish Upon a Star. (Bottom Left) A surprise guest. Shawn Tetreault, dressed as a bear escapes from his cage to entertain the audience.
