Prom and Banquet 'Point of No Return' The junior class of 1979 honored the senior class with the traditional prom and banquet on May 13. The evening began with the banquet at the Coldwa-ter Civic Room. The food was catered by Benedicts of Quincy in a smorgasbord style. Mr. Harold Tor-rey, third grade teacher, was the guest speaker for the evening. Following the Banquet was the Prom, which was held at the Somerset Lounge of Coldwa-ter. Cake and punch were served for everyone to enjoy while students, administration, and faculty members danced to the music of “Comstock Lode.” The theme for the evening was “Point of No Return. (Top) Senior class President Bryan Lindquist and his date, Dianne Saltzgaber cut the cake. (Right) Patty Green and Paul Palik enjoy themselves at the prom. 22
