Sophomores Money Raised for Dances The Sadie Hawkins Dance proved to be the biggest success of the year for the sophomores, featuring Eastwood Park,” a band from Detroit. To raise money for the dance the sophomores sponsored a pizza party after a girls’ basketball game, a slave day, and the fish walk at the Fall Festival. In April, the sophomores put on a Spring Rock in place of the traditional Spring Swing. Lady Grace, a five piece band from Kalamazoo provided the music for the evening.
