The F.F.A. has devoted most of their year to public service in the Tekonsha community. They have taken on the responsibility of building a trash burner at the elementary building; are reseeding the torn turf in front of the elementary and high school; are planning on seeding the small plot of ground east of the high school and are hoping to do other improvements around the grounds that will surely be noticed and are really needed. One of the highlights of our F, N. C. activities this year was Health Careers Day at Kellogg Community College. Nearly all members attended and enjoyed the exhibits and program. Four members were awarded a day at the medical research center of the University of Michigan. We also visited the Coldwater State Home and Training School. Crib patients, the training school, main kitchen, laundry, store room, and nursery were all shown to us. It was a very informative and interesting tour. F.N.C.
