THE TUMAHAWK, l933 Calendar September- 12-School opens. A green crop of Freshmen arrives. 20-First football game with Lan- caster. 23--Freshman-Sophomore Brawl. The old triumphs over the new. 24-Football game with Shafter. Again might makes right. 28-Football game with Barstow. Teams are ducks for a day. October- 8-Football game with Maricopa. The Indians again prove their worth. 15-Football game with Victorville. The fighting Indians fight but all in vain. 19-Football game with Barstow. Te- hachapi again successful. Girls play football. No riots, revolutions, etc. 22-Football game with Taft. Indians tomahawk Taft. 30-Football game with All Stars. We triumph over our elders. November- 2-Foothall game with Lancaster. Tehachapi successful-in losing. 4-Football game with Maricopa. Tehachapi's fighting spirit is somewhat dampened. 11-Armistice Day vacation. 19-Football game with Victorville. 18-24-Thanksgiving vacation and Teachers' Institute.
