At the opening of school when others shirk, They came back for post-graduate work. Jane McColloch as a post-graduate came, So in college she might win fame. Betty Fulton was forced to leave- To lose such a nice girl caused us to grieve. To the Faculty we leave only the sweet memory of our brilliant recita- tions, punctuality and attentiveness. To the Junior Class our reputation for pep and originality. To the Sophomore Class our record in athletics. To the Freshman Class, our dignity and order in Student Body meetings. ' Front row-Julia Lucich, Gordon Fulton, Laura Giraudo, William Dean, Marion Bird- well, Lee Auringer, Mary Myers, Pete Olive. OFFICERS PETE OLIVE - - President STEPHEN VALDEZ, - Sec.-Treas. WILLIAM DEAN - Vice President MARIE A. SMITH - Class Advisor THREE short years ago the Juniors were Freshies and now they will soon be mighty Seniors. Not only have the Juniors been prominent in social activities, but also in all forms of athletics. Mary Myers, Lee Auringer, Eusevio Acedo and Dorothy Griffin all had important roles in the Student Body play. On the football team the Juniors were represented by Pete Olive, Will- iam Dean, Stephen Valdez and Walter and Auzie Hicks. The Juniors also had several stars on the basketball teams including Gordon Fraser and Stephen Valdez on the A team, Pete Olive, William Dean, Fay Adams, Theo- dore Forester and Eusevio Acedo on the B team and Lee Auringer, C team. The Junior class has been a leader during the past three years and will strive to do its best to replace the Senior class and carry on its good work. Then they will await with eager anticipation the day when they will grad- uate and turn their footsteps into the great wide world.
