T.H.S. Is Born To Be Wild ecoming Week Mr. I., everyone's favorite superhero! by Rebecca Staley This year's Homecoming was a big success: the T-club did a great job on deciding dress up days. The work started off with super hero or sixties day. The best super hero was Terry superwoman Kerr and Jamie Carson was a sixties smash: Tuesday was Professional day and Keith Osterhoudt was a Navy officer. Wednesday was interchange or inside out. Jerome Christen became the T.H.S. girls ' greatest competition and Dana Ramsey was inside oul. Thursday was rebel or rock-n-roll: Miss Muller's true self came out and Mrs. Hutt. along with Mrs. Sapp, made the kitchen really rock. Friday was Indian or black and gold. Amy Boh ling's Indian attire was a real hit and Lara Sand was covered beyond recognition in black and gold paint. On Thursday night, the traditional bonfire tvas held. The best skit award went to FBLA with their version of Hee Haw. On Friday afternoon, the T.H.S. class paraded to the square for the pep rally. The first class float contest was held: seniors came out on top with their float consisting of chicken wire and 36 rolls of T.P.I The best hall decoration was by the junior class. The kiss the pig contest was held again by the FBLA. This years winners were Mr. Czapla. Mr. Weiss and Michelle Bauers. Even though Tecumseh lost to Tri County 0-27, they should be commended for their hard workl The Homecoming dance was held after the game. The D.J. Connection provided the music. On Student Life It '$ Homecoming! It s mock trial! It s student life at THS! And it doesn 7 stop there! Looking back on the excitement and enjoyment that was felt during school activities, it is hard not to smile. Do you remember how hilarious Tyler Evans was as Desperate Ambrose in the all-school play ? Can you remember the smiles on Brenda s and Jerome s faces when they became queen and king? Who can possibly forget graduation? (Certainly not the Seniors!) These happenings all share one common trait — they occurred and were part of the life at THS! It is the people of our school that make these activities so memorable. It is the students that kept us looking forward to events that hadn 7 happened yet.
