Tassle Worth the Hassle I s 36 seniors, making up the 102nd graduating 7 class of THS took their last steps in the high school gym nasium. they walked together as friends. Graduation is the long-awaited and much thought about end to 13 years of hard work and memories. It is also the beginning of life after high school. At the commencement exercises. the senior class and the audience listened to Reverend Douglas Delp. Jodi Hood (Salutatori-an). Paula Kaufman (Valedictorian). and Michelle Stauffer. The high school chorus sang It's Time To Go. and Mr. Boldt introduced the scholarship and award winners. The high school band played the processional and recessional. Mr. Rot her presented the Class of 1988 and Dr. Ted Evans awarded the diplomas. The class colors were Electric Blue and Pink. the class flower was a white rose. The senior class of 1987-88 has certainly left their mark on THS. Several tears were shed at graduation to celebrate and remember, and to say farewell. The class motto says it best: The road won't be lonely if we can say at the end. We walked the way together hand in hand with a friend. Good luck to all of the graduates! Everyone should agree, that little tassle was definitely worth the hassle. by Paula Kaufman Three for the road. Graduation Larry and Sis (What are their real names?)
