Jr., and Harold Scott were the directors while Michelle Hershberger was the assistant director. The cast included: John Funk-houser as Dr. Sam Seward. Ellen Kuhl as Mina Seward. Paula Kaufman as Sophie Seward. Nicole Rehrends as RURU Padoop. Laura Wehling as Nelly Norton. Steve Nolle as Boris Ren field. Brent Pope as Dr. Van Helsing. Andy De-Freece as Count Dracula. Tyler Evans as Jonathan Harker. The Lunatics. Villagers and Elk Impersonators (so named for their backstage behavior) were: Jamie Carson. Tim Garris. Nicole Stevens. Connie Weible. Trista Davison. Heather Phillipi. Shawna Vrbka. Cathie Weible. Steve DeFreece. and Scott Grof. A special thanks goes out to Michelle Hershberger. Amy Bartels. Jonee Steinauer. Shane Mercure. Eddie Henrichs. Yellow Belly Cow Puncher ey. when's play practice ? was a common phrase during Govern her. The THS Drama Department proudly presented DESPERATE AMBROSE this fall. The play was about a couple of comedians that were trying to cross the desert and head for California. The cast was made up of: Jake - Brent Pope: Ambrose - Tyler Evans: Bert - Bill Morrissey: Sheriff - John Funkhouser: Hoot Owl -Andy DeFreece; Stinkweed - Steve Nolte: Nancy - Jamie Carson: Anne - Nicole Stevens: Tillie -Heather Weiss: Beth - Michelle Hershberger: Mrs. Spool - Michelle Rathe: Lena Spool - Janelle Rathe: Man I - Shane Boardman: Man 2 - Steve DeFreece: Dana Ramsey was Asst. Director. A common phrase that was used a lot during the play was you 're a yellow belly two bit of a coi puncher. Although it was sometimes difficult to get everyone together for practice, the enthusiasm of those involved made the show a great success. The Drama Club wants to thank everyone that came to the play and hoped they enjoyed it.

After Hours jfm I 3:30 p.m. the daily JCi’M countdown begins at V school. Students start to fidget and tap their toes. Finally. the bell rings at 3.35 and within a few minutes the school is almost empty. Where does everyone go? Recently a survey was taken at THS that posed the question. What do you usually do after school? The results showed that the majority of students who answered the survey were engaged in sports after school. The remaining results, in order of popularity, were: working, watching TV. driving around, eating, doing homework. and sleeping. Other activities that were written in included playing the guitar and listening to music. Some of the places where the students of THS work are Dr. Mann's office. Helen's Cafe, the hospital. Ace Cafe. Hilltop. Vet's Club. Gary's Shop for Less, and Maple Grove Home. The most positive aspect of this survey is the fact that most THS students actively pursue some sort of activity after school.
