They ordered honor patches for all-conference football, all-conference basketball, district basketball champs and wrestling champs. These will be given to the members who received them during the athletic season. The final thing that the club did during its enthusiastic season, was the boys “T Club Senior-Facutly basketball game. Although the seniors won 92-59, the game went well and both teams had a good time. With the 80-81 year ending the Club looks forward to next season. The first thing on their minds was to make some money. The girls sold cakes at BB VB games. The traditional parents nite for the VB BB games were held, and flowers were purchased for the mothers. The busy schedule of the girls, stopped a lot of accomplishments, that could have been made, but all seemed to work. To show the spirit in our club, the girls performed a skit before the boys played in regencies. The future plans of the club is to buy new banners for the conference teams that were lost. Diversified The Student Council was involved in a number of projects in 1980-81. The group co-sponsored the Spook-A-Rama for the elementary school in October. Considerable work went into the project, to the delight of the elementary students. The Council purchased a Christmas tree in December. The tree was decorated with volunteer decorations from homes of council members. The foosball table continued to be an excellent source of revenue. As a result, the council contributed to the Tecumseh Community Scholarship fund. A suggestion box was constructed and made available to the students. It is the hope of the council that this will enable the students to express themselves more about things that concern them. Members provided refreshments for the Parent-Teacher conferences and distributed report cards to parents as they arrived for the conferences with the teachers. Finally, the members took a good look at the Student Council Constitution, resulting in a few changes. Annie Puchalla the Spook-A-Rama scene. Back — L to R: Danny Mattheis. David Miesbach.
