IN MEMORY OF JOHN C. KAVANAUGH Just as you were you will always be a loving thought in our memory In our thoughts you ever shall stay Loved and remembered day after day Gone is the face we loved so dear Silent is the voice we loved to hear Too far away for sight or speech But not too far away for prayer to reach The years may dim the memory and take away the pain But you will always live in our hearts Until we meet again. 15

Forseeing The Future “Eleven down and one to go” were amidst the thoughts of the Juniors throughout the year. They soon realized that the end was drawing near, and dreams of their future were close at hand. The year started off in a different fashion than the last, taking tests for the Army, and of course the P.S.A.T. for the college bound. The Juniors were not highly represented in sports, but those who were out, received many starting positions in their sport. The raising of money for the prom proved to be quite a task. In fact, the magazine sales was not enough to satisfy our needs, so we had to resort to other means of making money. This years class officers are: President, Brenda Miesbach; Vice President, Beth Davison; Treasurer, Ron Hackbart; and Secretary, Kenny Lueders. All in all, the year turned out to be one we will always remember. Shy and Speedy!?! Pres. B. Miesbach; V.P. B. Davison; Trea. R. Hackbart; Sec. K. Lueders 16
