Ax the north side ol the square, a hip Loot ire had Uen built and the students lonued a circle around it,while the varsity, led by co-captains bred Boy den and .John Burns, stepped forward eaperly (?) to pive speeches. The rally broke up (and so did sone of the students) with a snake dance, Hip-pins pives a typical we’11 win speech Duh--I puess Bellas preview strength at Thur day Nipht Hally s- f- r ida v brought perfect honecori inp- weather, and at 2:30, the parade began. This Christian organization sponsored many service projects during the year. Among these were Homecoming, a Christmas party for pre-school children, and a Thanksgiving basket. The Y-Teens also sponsored a St. Patrick’s Day dance. The club strived to teach poise and good grooming. As money-making projects, the club served at both basketball and football games. Congratulations were certainly in order lor the Y-Teen group and Lheir sponsor, Anita Spradley, for giving us a wonderful homecoming. We who were privileged to see T.II.S. s lirst homecoming, ho[e to see many riiore oI them thioui h the years; we hope that honecoming will hecone a T.II.S. tradition.
