F TA and BETA Emphasize Education and Leadership F.T.A. lFuture Teachers of America! and Beta Club set the year rolling by putting several service programs into practice. FTA lent a helping hand to the teachers during Open House and obtained valuable experience by teaching Kindergarteners at Barnard every Friday. Beta showed their spirit by sponsoring two Blood Mobiles, a Clean-athon for the Arthritis Foundation, and their annual Salad Luncheon for the teachers.
