ORGANIZATIONS The gavel banged three times . . . the clamoming voices slowly quieted . . . and the meeting had officially begun. Order of business today concerns the conduct in the school halls. Are there any suggestions or opinions from the floor? The chair recognizes Big Joe. Well, the way I see it . . . all this fuss has been caused by the underclassmen . . . you know, sophomores and juniors. Course we seniors wouldn't think of running in the halls or even hurrying to reach the lunch line. After all, we're the example-setting class of the school. You know . . . always obey the rules and regulations! Mr. President, we must stop the running in the halls, but we certainly can't punish just the sophs and juniors. VVhy don't . . . And the discussion goes on . . . and on . . . and on. Mr. President, Ivmove we table this discussion until we have further evidence as to what group is the direct cause. Motion carried . . . and the meeting is adjourned. Hey fellas don't you think the blame should be placed upon those juniors and sophomores? Sure, Big Joe, Natch, we seniors just don't do things like that . . . always obey the rules, that's our motto! Suddenly the door opened and a voice distinctly yelled inside, Hey, Joe, Ethics Committee meets tomorrow morning . . . don't forget your theme!
