D i reclors On September second the Technical l-figh School, with an approximate enrollment of 7l2, began its thirteenth year in the present building. The freshman class led in numbers with a total of 2l4 students: the sophomore class consisted of 209 members: the junior class had l56: and the senior class, with an equal number of boys and girls, totaled l30. The Tech, as a part of a great state school system, first, concerns itself with offering work which will train its students to be better citizens and members of society. ln addition, work is offered to meet the varying needs of the individual boy and girl. To fulfill this aim successfully, courses of a three-fold nature are offered: first, courses which are essential to the training and experience of every future American citizen: second, courses which give cultural training to enrich the experiences of the students and to meet the requirements for future study in colleges and professional schools: and third, courses which, by means of exploration and a study of occupa- tions, show the boy and girl the vocational possibilities which may be pursued and the aptitude and training which each job demands. f c , at a . , i sa Page Fon river!
