john bauer hard work and determination made john one of the standouts on our football team this year. john likes to go out and have a good time-those who are with him can't miss enjoying themselves. leo benintendi guess why the class is laughing . . . it must be at another of guy's jokes. unless guy is in an unusually quiet mood, you can be sure that there will never be a dull moment when he's around. patricia bauer pat is the pert miss with the speckled eyes. she also has the unusual knack of radiating warmth and friendliness where- ever she goes. an amiable wave and a smile are pat's trade- marks. this ths twin will surely achieve double success. will rows h and forward ca rolyn bensen if you hear silvery strains of organ music emanating from the auditorium, it is likely that carolyn is the artist. this med- itative musician hopes to teach the organ in college. walter bayerlein if the bowling alley's closed, look for waldo under the nearest carg but vou may miss him, be- cause he'll soon be seeking sun- shine in florida. he'll make just as many friends there as he has in teaneck. .no alex beresoff al's blue eyes and good looks have captured many a girl's heart, but his contagious sense of humor and personality have captivated everyone. a career in the navy and a future in chemical engineering await this tall athlete. ,ll claire rita when water freezes claire goes ice skating, but ice melts in the presence of this warm-hearted girl. lwhen this happens, claire goes boating or water skiing.l a cute smile and a friendly personality will certainly melt the heart of claire's future boss rvhliln she enters the secretarial ie . jeffrey berg if you find a pair of soccer shoes, look for jeff, who'll prob- ably be out on the lake fishing. his evenings are filled with nights out with the boys and charles dickens . . . a sharp wit will help him in business college.

virginia avanzi ginnie is the girl wtih the pug nose who spreads her cheer to everyone she meets. when gin- nie isn't dancing, she is probably trying to decide between a fu- ture career as a medical tech- nician or an airline hostess. yves balian through yves, we have had an opportunity to learn something about the thoughts and hopes of our contemporaries in france. if the others are anything like yves, we feel honored to con- sider them our friends. michael backer many of us have gotten to know mike during the past few years. his interests are varied, and so are his talents, mike has been the key to many of our good times. his constant energy ,,...w.ill,,jead him to success. Ck- rosemary barr rosemary is about as lively a senior as we can find, barr none. if you're ever on your way down to the shore and you see a blonde ponytail bobbing in front of you, you can bet it's rosemary! she'll soon bob her way from ths to success. maury k. baker the night they invented cham- pagne they surely had maury in mind. she can be recognized by her big blue eyes shining with sincerity and friendship. with her enthusiasm and ability, she truly merits le cordon bleu. arthur bauer the field of athletics is his specialty. tall, brown-haired art excels in hunting, fishing, swim- ming, archery, and bowling. art's future is not definite, but we know he will be successful in whatever field he chooses.

RWE.: cheryl berger anyone can see that sherri's sophisticated and charming, but you have to speak to her for a while before you realize that she's got a terrific sense of humor. we'll tell you more: her ambitions for the future include college, modeling, and an eagerly anticipated trip to france. how can she miss? sandra dee hienenfeld sandy is the girl with the sandy-colored hair and an in- terest in science and sports, like biology and basketball. ths's bbg'er likes doing things with groups. that's why she had such a good time on the washington trip. next on the agenda is a career in medical technology. kathy bergholt kathy has been an outstanding member of the service clubs at ths, and her fine school spirit has led her to contribute her talents to many of the activities of our class, kathy's calmness and sunny disposition guarantee her success. adrienne hier despite her run-in with the steps, adrienne still keeps pretty active. her sense of humor and straight-forward manner keep us all in stitches. having gained experience with the elevator, adrienne will find reaching suc- cess an easy pursuit, after ths. iudi berk energetic judi has been an asset to the hi-way staff, and to all who know her. what would we have done without that sense of humor and that enthusiasm? if we had not known judi, life would have been much duller. kenneth birnbaum ken has many of the qualities we admire. he is thoughtful and efficient, as shown in his school- workg he is generous, as his friends know, and he will be successful, as his college profes- sors will find out. . barbara berman barbara is easily recognized on the dance floor, but if you want to meet her elsewhere look for shiny brown hair and a friendly smile. in her spare time, it's football games and music. we envy the kids barbara will soon be teaching. martin blake marty has contributed much to both our class and teaneck high school. he has been a standout on the tennis team, and his school spirit ranks as high as his athletic ability. we know marty will have as much suc- cress in life as he has had at t S.
