A newcomer to this admin- istrative position, we wish him continued success in the years to come. YVINN Vice Principal in Charge of Instruction to have had two vice principals this past year. Mr. Winn, long a familiar face to us all, has done an excellent job as our Vice Principal in Charge of Instruction. As our new Vice Principal in Charge of Administrative Affairs, Mr. Thomas has proven to be both eflicient and capable.
