ft , 41. . . 2 For students, tanned and rested from three months of summer vacation, the beginning of a new school year promised to give students long-lasting memories of Teague High. A whirlwind of activities were soon un- derway. Band members and football players were hav- ing long, hard practices even before school began. Football was Hkingl' and the Teague Lion Band showed their support at halftime on Friday nights. Spirit grew with each frantic pep rally, exciting game, and well- deserved victory of the Lions. Clubs were organized, and the Student Council was soon plunging into new projects. ln spite of the September heat, we settled down to the routine of classes and were soon working on class projects and studying for exams. 8 I if., A.. .ASW ,,., , ,S V f' .
