Our Alma Mater dear. Our memories of Tazewell High School include not only faces and events, but also a special feeling that we might call the “Spirit of T.H.S.” Nowhere was this feeling more evident than in the lifelong support of Mr. Joe Brown Heldreth, whose spirit we here recall. In his memory we dedicate this page, which attempts to capture just a few of the many sources of Tazewell pride. T.H.S.
