During the month of October, the stu- dent’s excitement was centered around the upcoming activities of Homecoming. Homecoming was started off with the nominations and the voting of Homecoming attendants from each class. A parade took place through main street Tazewell, the evening before the Homecoming game. Pep Club Homecoming Float Miss Donna Jean Lambert was crowned Homecoming Queen by last year’s Queen, Patty Chapman. Larry Mustard escorted Donna onto the field to await the announcement of Queen. Donna is 18 years of age and a Senior at THS.
