When Robert Browning penned these stirring lines, he posed a challenge which should thrill the heart of every person, young or old, who lives in the world we know today. It is a world which demands the best of us, for the get-by philosophy destines those who live by it to mediocrity or failure. Why, then, should our ambitions and aspirations be set high , perhaps even above or beyond what we are likely to realize completely? Because only through lofty as- pirations may we hope to achieve the highest attainments which lie within us. And so I would say to you - have vision, aspirations and ideals which callenge the best that is within you! Only through these may you realize the rich, full life that is your birthright. Mr Mullins deals with the many student questions and problems that arise daily. 45
