Guys gain gourmet touch The home ec. department offered their first course for boys, Chef's Spe- cial. Boys studied cooking terms and made biscuits. Then they moved to such things as eggs, bisque, lasagna, and cakes. The boys prepared an Eas- ter dinner and served at the National Honor Society tea. junior high boys also took six weeks of home ec. Other new courses were Interior Decorating, Marriage and Family Living, and History of Clothing Design.
