The first, Cheaper by the Dozen , is a three-act comedy. The second, Pure as the Driven Snow , is a three-act melo- drama. Mrs. Karavitis was director and Mrs. Gem- mill was assistant director for both plays. At the end of each year the Thespian Club in- itiates its new members and installs the new of- ficers. The 1968-69 officers are Janice Dunn, presi- dent; Pam Moore, secretary; and Steve Donoghue, treasurer. The 1969-70 officers will be Debbie Jacobs, president; Linda Garrard, vice-president; Pat Fogle, secretary; Susan Giles, treasurer; and Lix Al- dridge, clerk. The Dramatic Club officers for 1968- 69 were Bill Rees, president; Karen Berndt, vice- president; Patty Lawless, secretary; and Steve Donoghue, treasurer. Language Clubs Have Busy Year This year the Spanish Club took a trip to Ball State University to observe the college-level Spanish classes. The club had a Christmas party, Fiesta de Navidad, and Spanish food was served. A highlight of French Club ' s year was a trip to Jean ' s French Restaurant. This gave the club mem- bers an opportunity to sample finely prepared French food. The French Club also brightened the Christmas of the aged with cookies and French carols. SPANISH-FIRST ROW: L.
