Class Of 70 Sponsors First Junior-Senior Reception Happiness is . . . being a junior. All during the basketball season, the Class of ' 70 worked con- cessions at home games, sponsored after-game sock hops, and sold magazine subscriptions. With the money the juniors earned, they sponsored Taylor ' s first Junior-Senior Reception held at the UAW Hall. A smorgasbord dinner was part of the evening ' s program at the dance. A lot of juniors and a lot of hard work made the dance a success. The junior class had the honor of sending three representatives to Boys ' and Girls ' State. They also were privileged to have fourteen of its members initiated into the National Honor So- ciety. Happiness is being a junior . . . when you ' ve been as active as the Class of ' 70. The juniors have had a great year and are looking forward to the promise of a greater senior year.
