Dictation tapes help Pat Smith to increase her speed in taking shorthand. New Dictation Tapes For Shorthand Happiness is making practice sets in bookkeeping class. These practice sets are of make believe businesses where various transactions are kept and recorded by the students. The entire bookkeeping cycle is experience in making these practice sets, and the preparation of financial papers which analyze various financial aspects of a business. Students also learn how to add, subtract, multi- ply and divide on adding machines in bookkeeping. With multiplication, the students learn to determine discounts plus the number of sales and purchases of discounts. The business law classes viewed a morning ses- sion of court room precedure. During this session the students heeird three divorce cases. Later, Judge Windslow discussed problems relating to divorce cases and capital punishment with the stu- dents. HI
